Windows 7 Shortcuts

1. Minimize quickly with shake
If you have multiple windows open on your desktop and things are getting too cluttered, it used to be a time-consuming process to close them all down. In Windows 7 you can use the Aero Shake feature to minimize everything in seconds, using a cool mouse gesture. Grab the title bar of the window you wish to keep open and give it a shake, and rejoice in a clear desktop area.

2. Aero Peek
Another option for navigating a screen cluttered with windows is Aero Peek. Hover the mouse over the lower-right corner of the screen. Click the button if you want to keep this view, showing only the desktop.

"A mind that is stretched by a new experience can never go back to its old dimensions. " - Oliver Wendell Holmes

As a servant leader, establish a win-win differentiated twenty-first century Catholic classroom.

Remember:

"...attacking a belief is like attacking a teacher's personal identity...teachers feel called to their profession, asking for change is like asking them to change religions...their mission is to making a difference in the lives of the students in their charge." (p. 70, Differentiated Coaching, Kise)

We're all on the same mission so by focusing "...on what happens to students and not on who is right." (p.71, Kise), provides a professional framework where collaboration can take place.

"...the framework needs to be a useful tool, not just a language." (p.73, Kise) Buckminster Fuller said, "If you want ot teach people a new way of thinking, don't bother trying to teach them. Instead, give them a tool, the use of which will lead to new ways of thinking."
